Wenshu Lee’s scholarship is published in communication journals and
various anthologies and edited books, having evolved from the critical
study of "deep codes" (idioms and humor) between people from different
cultures, to womanism and postcolonial feminism, to transnational
queer/quare/kuaer studies, and to neoliberalism in American classroom
and American higher education.
She is currently exploring the
tropes of "children," “women’s bodies,” and "global health" as the
central arguments against wars/poverty and for global peace. She teaches
intercultural communication, interpersonal communication, qualitative
research methods, and critical organizational communication and global
health.
She has four pets (two cats and two dogs), Pan Pan, Mei Mei, Nita and Pinto.
