John Coelho

John Coelho is a Los Angeles native who graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2000 with a degree in Communication Studies. While at LMU, John was actively involved in ASLMU, Crimson Circle and Special Games, and was honored to be the recipient of the Ignatian Award for his class.

Upon graduation, John was hired to be part of the marketing team for Southwest Airlines. During his time there, he managed corporate accounts, handled community relations activities, executed special events and marketing promotions, and helped to facilitate pubic relation efforts in the marketplace.
 
In 2004, John decided to round out his marketing experience with advertising and joined Rubin Postaer & Associates, the largest L.A. based advertising agency. That same year, he entered the USC evening MBA program. Managing advertising efforts for his clients during the day, while taking courses at night was a challenging feat, but his hard work was recognized in 2007 when he was promoted to Brand Communications Manager for leading brands like American Honda.  In his current role, John facilitates the creation of integrated campaigns, including strategic direction, creative development, and media planning.

In his free time John enjoys traveling. He’s visited more than 15 countries around the world.
