As technology and the rapid evolution of media continue to reshape how people create and consume content, LMU decided to create a series of courses that will help students navigate this changing landscape.
Interdisciplinary Applied Programs (IDAP) gives students studying Communication Studies, Journalism, Marketing, English and other related majors a group of courses that allow them to take the theories that they’ve learned and apply them into actual business scenarios. Through hands-on coursework and group projects that expose students to the latest, cutting edge practices occurring in today’s media and marketing industries, IDAP goes beyond the classroom and into the “real world.”
