Music Faculty Recitals
Many of the music faculty members are active performing artists, known for their work both nationally and internationally.  These talented performers gather each fall term to share their varied gifts with delighted audiences.  Individual faculty members frequently present solo recitals both on- and off-campus throughout the year.

Children’s Concerts
Early in the spring semester children of all ages enjoy the performances presented by LMU Students from the Chamber Ensembles, Sinatra Opera Workshop and other ensembles as they present music that tells a story.  The performances often include costumes, readers and dancers and, on occasion, elementary school performers.

Guitar Concert & Masterclass Series
Internationally known classical guitarists present solo recitals and master classes as part of the LMU Guitar Concert Series.  The series also includes a three-day festival in the spring.  This event offers recitals, workshops and exhibits for solo guitarists and for school guitar ensembles.

Visiting Artist and Lecture Series
Supported by funding through the College of Communication and Fine Arts, visiting artists present a variety of performing genre for the benefit of LMU students and the local community.
