Marjani Forte is a performer, instructor and choreographer. She is a graduate of Los Angeles High School for the Arts and Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Business Marketing and a second major in Dance. Marjani has worked with several artists and companies including Earl Mosely, Garth Fagan, Blondell Cummings, and Camille Brown. She is a performing member of Urban Bush Women Dance Co., and Nia Love's Blacksmith's Daughter. She has taught master classes and workshops across the U.S. and internationally, including Germany, England, Colombia, Brazil, and Venezuela.

As an emerging choreographer she has studied with artists such as Paul Lazar and Annie-B Parsons of Big Dance Theatre and presented work for DNA's WIP Series, Irondale's Fall Festival, 60x60 Dance Fest NYC, New Orleans McKenna Museum, and more. Most recently, Marjani was presented with the Harkness Promise Award at the 2020 Dance Magazine Awards.
