We invite all of our program alumni who have received an LMFT license and ATR to apply for our Art Therapist referral list that appears on this website.
To apply for the list:
- Download the Art Therapist Referral List Application form and submit it to Lori Gloyd, our Senior Administrative Coordinator, along with all the documents outlined on the form. The contact information you write on the form will be posted online so please put only that information you are comfortable sharing with the public.
- If you are interested in being identified as a therapist who meets the department's standards for seeing our students, check the space on the application form that indicates you understand and agree to the conditions of our student referral policy. These conditions are that you will see no more than two LMU art therapy students at any one time, that you will meticulously observe the confidentiality guidelines that help us navigate through the challenges of a small, overlapping professional world, and that you agree to a sliding scale that appreciates the economic challenges of our students. There is a place on the application form to indicate your fee scale.
- If you are interested in offering post-graduate supervision, please indicate this on the appropriate space on the application form.
