Evan Hoopes

Evan Hoopes (yes like hoops. How cool right?) is a former child actor, turned future full time adult actor. As young as he can remember, Evan has been performing for the camera; featured in many shorts, commercials, and even modeling campaigns at a young age, Evan grew up in the film environment and is very comfortable on set. Coming from Northern California, he was always driving down to LA for auditions, so it’s safe to say California is a safe place for him, and he’s not going anywhere. 

What sets Evan apart from most is his ten, count ‘em, ten years of improv experience, including leading the LMU improv team as captain, having been directed by a former member of Second City, and actively taking classes with the groundlings. Evan is most comfortable taking risks and letting loose, but knows deeply how to grow into a character; having done theater in high school and college, he’s dipped his toes in both the film and theater worlds. 

Now, Evan is focused on jumping back into the professional world, and hopes to rejoin the union soon after graduation so his childhood dream of blossoming this crazy passion called acting can finally come true. Whether he’s following a script or making it up as he goes, Evan Hoopes is here to perform at the highest level possible.
