Breaking Bread: Community Conversations
Breaking Bread: Community Conversations are meant to create a less formal space for discussion about the Clerical Sex Abuse Crisis. Each program will begin promptly at the Laband Art Gallery for a tour of the exhibition, “Confess: An Installation by Trina McKillen.” The group will then have a sit-down meal together and engage in discussion about current issues in light of the exhibition and the Catholic church. Group discussion will be facilitated by members of the Theological Studies Faculty. Breaking Bread events are co-sponsored by Laband Art Gallery and the Academy for Catholic Thought and Imagination.
This program is free and open to the public, but registration is required to secure a place, limited to 30 registrants. To secure a place, each person attending must complete an individual registration form and will be contacted before the program to confirm attendance.
